Please fill out this form to request to fly a UAS at the University of Northern Iowa.

As our Policies and Procedure: For non-university use, to seek approval, the operator should submit an Unmanned Air System Flight Request Form to the UAS Committee at least 14 days prior to the anticipated flight date.
